And the day she had been waiting for, since childhood, had finally come to real. Today, all her fascinations were about to get true. She couldn’t be more delighted.
It was her big day.
The sunset had been glorious lately, all rosy and shady pink. As she looked at the sky blushing with collective shades of pink and purple, she could feel it from inside, the bliss, the cheerfulness, all wrapped around her which rose the content and optimism of the day.
Dressed in an exquisite piece of red sequin lehenga, shimmering with gold embroidery, matched with her exquisite glitzy jewelry and the myriad of gold bangles she wore. Her hazel eyes with the matching pretty eye shadow looked beautiful than ever, clearly portraying how glad she was feeling when she looked up in the mirror and had a look at the ever gorgeous bride standing right in front.
As she walked down the aisle with a huge gathering on her either side, her face couldn’t stop turning to that perfect crimson shade with all the eyes on her. She couldn’t stop smiling. She was finally getting married to the man she was in love with and it was indeed a dream come true for the most adorable couple they were. Been dating for five years, they did have their ups and downs, but their love for each other stood as their biggest strength. And there he stood, just a few steps away from her, wearing a not so typical black pathani suit, and looking just the best he could. Her eyes couldn’t find a better focus than him. She walked all the way smiling at him as if their eyes were just enough for the two of them talking without uttering a single word. Yes, that’s how eyes communicate when two people are in love.
When she reached the stage, he asked for her hand, just the way he did when it was their fifth anniversary and he had proposed her in the most loving way possible. How fortunate she is!
There she stood, finally, right next to him, with all smiles around, marking it as a perfect milestone in their lives.
